It's always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Parker-Ray. She is always forthright and honest and never fails to answer my questions.
The whole procedure including prep was smooth and easy. At the clinic, everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. Afterwards I did not experience any nausea or wooziness. After a post-procedure latte at Starbucks, I was ready to go.

She takes her time and when conversing with you and doesn’t appear rushed. She gives you 100% of her attention and listens to all your questions and concerns to make sure you’re comfortable with the procedure. In other words, she cares about you and your health.
For the FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST: Slow down and pay attention to what patient is saying; You will save time by not having to ask questions or comment about something that patient already said to you.
