I really like Dr. Parker-Ray. The interaction was 35 minutes late, but the encounter was still good. I think a staff member should assure you at regular intervals (10 minutes?) that they are aware you are still online waiting for the provider. I began to wonder and was concerned I was no longer going to have a successful Telehealth interaction. I couldn’t see any way on the video interface to chat a staff member.

Dr. Parker Ray is the best healthcare I have experienced here in New Mexico and anywhere else. She is so attentive during appointments and takes time to explain things outside of medical terms. She deeply cares about her patients and is always very timely with communication. She is great!
Bedside manner and overall compassion and professionalism as well as proficiency were absolutely amazing
She was friendly and skilled, and took a lot of time out of her busy schedule to document the findings of my exam.
Every staff person was efficient and competent. I feel that I got the best care possible.
I’m glad that Dr Parker-Ray takes the time to listen and remembers her patients. I appreciate her considerations for comfort and safety during a procedure.
She did good as always and kind she was checking my throat and esophagus and stomach out with a camera that she put down my throat put me to sleep and I woke up couple hours later
So very very friendly make me feel wonderful. Very well taken care of. Best doctor ever.
