The attentive, personable staff.
Dr. Parker-Ray saw me in an office visit to discuss the MRI of my gall-bladder and liver. She thoroughly explained the terminology, even drawing a sketch. She put my mind at ease.
Went in for a colonoscopy and you know how uncomfortable that is but Dr. Parker-Ray and her team were amazing they made me feel comfortable about everything that was going to happen even the anesthesiologist was amazing very professional this whole team is great I would definitely recommend Dr Parker Ray and her team.
Dr. Parker-Ray is not only a skilled and talented practitioner, she is a kind soul who shows concern and compassion for her patients. The whole team is like a well-oiled machine with a huge heart. As a recently retired nurse, and someone who participated in these very procedures in the ICU, there is no better doctor or practice.
Dr Parker Ray was kind and professional. She checked in prior to the procedures and answered my questions. The endoscopy and colonoscopy went smoothly and all her associated staff were courteous and thoughtful as well. I would highly recommend her and her clinic.
The check in process was smooth, the appointment and instructions for the procedure was clear and easily understood, questions were quickly addressed. On the day of the procedure, the check in was quick and the entire staff was pleasant and professional. Prior to sedation, Dr. Parker-Ray visited me and reviewed the procedure. She is a patient caring doctor.
So went by quickly. Staff was pleasant and kind. Thank you Dr Parker-Ray for being sweet and welcoming. Appreciate you all so much. Thanks again
