Everyone from check in to release for my colonoscopy was so kind and attentive.
Was on time. Doctor Nikki Parker-Ray read my past reports, so she was prepared. She entered into the computer questions and responses, so that she had current and accurate information. I found her to be very friendly and genuine.
Dr. Parker-Ray is an incredible doctor. She makes sure you’re on track to better health. An amazing listener.

Everyone from the front desk attendant, the nurse who escorted me to the exam room, and Dr. Parker-Ray herself, were very pleasant. Despite the fact that I arrived early for my appointment, the nurse escorted me to the exam room within 5 minutes of my arrival. After a few more minutes, Dr. parker-Ray came in to discuss my reason for seeing her. She was very patient, attentive to my history, and willing to answer my questions in language I could understand. So far I'm very pleased.

My visit was very smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was a simple and once I was taken back to get prepared for the procedure, it was nothing but great. My nurse was funny and personable. Dr. Parker-Ray and her team were all great. Always communicating to me and making certain I knew what was to happen and how did I feel. I could not find ANY fault in how I was treated and the procedure itself.
