Suffered whiplash from rear-end collision at red light. After exam, Dr. believed there was upper back injury causing pain and headaches, but ordered testing. Office never called with the results. Receptionist finally said tests showed no injury. Never got a call from the Dr. or even a chance to discuss the results with the Dr. when we called. This diagnosis despite another neurologist's report of finding a tear. Dr. seemed more interested in insurance money instead of patient.
