I agree with Michelson, they NEVER answer their phones and do NOT call you back - or if they do it takes several hours and sometimes days. And if they do call you back - and you miss it - you have to go through their terrible system all over again. I see Dr. Smith and he's okay I suppose, but their staff is terrible, unfriendly and not helpful. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have a very good professional reputation.
