I feel fortunate to finally have a doctor who takes the time to listen to and validate my concerns. I have a procedure scheduled in the coming week, and hold complete confidence in Dr. Greenspan as my physician. Earlier this summer, I experienced a medical emergency and Dr. Greenspan performed my procedure. Under this gastroenterologist's care, I feel supported, and trust that he will reach a diagnosis and determine appropriate treatment.
Dr.Greenspan was professional and his bed side manor was to confront you was excellent.
I have seen Dr Greenspan for more than 20 years. He does listen when I ask questions and again when I answer his questions. He does not talk down to me and gives me time to respond. At my last visit, after an absence of 5 years, he made one or two recommendations that could resolve my concerns I plan to follow through with his professional advice. He does smile occasionally, which is generally reassuring. MSF, PhD
Dr. Greenspan was dismissive and condescending, did not care to see additional test results I had or listen to my concerns. Horrible bedside manner.
