Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
I did not feel safe with him at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I was glad to get out of there. He did a quick application of something to treat some sunburn with no comment. Staff were nice. He is scary. I was supposed to go back to have a pimple or whatever from my face removed but no way am I going to let him near me with a scalpel.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy
Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
