I requested an order for a mammogram - I had breast cancer in 2016, have been clear for over 5 years and have been getting regular mammograms every year plus doing self exams every day. When I contacted Idyllwild Health they said that 'the doctor needs to do an exam or he won't write the order'. I tried to explain that I've been getting mammograms every year and that I'm tired of being poked and prodded etc. but his response was 'find another provider'. Dr. Simpson is an incredible doc and a truly compassionate man. He takes his time with patients and his whole staff is cordial and efficient. I've had Dr. Simpson as my PCP for about 5 years and I am never disappointed.
I have known Dr Simpson for 15+ years . He was my primary doctor when we lived in Hemet. I was happy when I learned that he moved to Temecula and I was able to became his patient again.
Dr Neal Simpson is now in Temecula Ca---He and his staff are terrific, I had a problem getting a home nebulizer through Apria and only through the tireless efforts of the front desk staff was I finally able to secure the equiptment and medication.
My family needed to find a new doctor for my elderly parents. The previous doctor was a "good" doctor but seemed to treat them more as a number than a patient. Dr. Simpson is the exact opposite. He is fantastic and with my mom's recent stroke has gone out of his way for her. I can't say enough great things about him. His office staff has been great to work with also. With my mom being a new patient and needing a prescription refill that had run out, they worked it all out with the pharmacy.
I only saw Dr. Simpson in the ER at Temecula Valley and I noted him to be very compassionate and understanding as he listened to my problems. I have been in the medical field for 45 years as an office manager so I am very sensitive to patient's needs, and he set a great example of a physician that listens to his patients.
Dr Simpson is the best. He knows his stuff and listens. He saved my life when 3 other doctors had no idea what was wrong with me. My whole family is seeing him now. We won't go to any other doctor. His staff Gina and Bethany are amazing always helpful and go above and beyond.
Dr.Simpson is honestly the best doctor I've been too period and with my health conditions and at 51 years old I've been to many. Dr Simpson I really believe saved my life. He now treats my husband and son.
Dr. Simpson has treated me for my reoccurring skin cancers for years. His treatment is far more effective than treatments that I have received from local Dermatologists. Also, he has treated me for kidney stones. He knows ways to help the stones pass and reduce the pain while they pass. Dr. Simpson is the most knowledgeable and thorough family practice doctor I have ever known. At 79 years I have known a few.
