My husband was billed for an appt that he was never there for. The only reason why I'm so upset is that i was giving birth at stanford the same time they say he was "there" for an appt. We have our childs bands, our check in paper work and they still say he was there. At the time of check in we are always required to pay our co payment before appt....so why did they not take it them.....because we were not there. After my accident and the breaking of my tibula and fibula, Dr. Berger has done a remarkable job from the surgical end. I don't think I could have expected a better outcome. The medical staff at SOAR is great with lots of experience. The administrative staff unfortunately is not very good and their ability to follow up is poor. Getting callbacks from their scheduler is poor to bad. SOAR needs to clean house there and get higher quality staff answering the phone ahhh following up. This is the only negative.
