I haven’t read any of the reviews posted here, I am writing this from my own experience regarding Dr.Upa as a cardiologist. He exceeded my expectations as a physician. He made sure that I (as the patient) understood every medical term that was being used. He went out of his way to pull out a 3D model fo the heart to show me exactly what he was talking about.
