I have seen Dr. Duan twice now and have been very impressed with her attention to detail and her interest in getting to the bottom of my problem. I have seen other physicians including another neurologist and they never came up with a solution. I also am pleased with the entire office staff.

She is very thorough, and easy to talk to. She is my wife's doctor and easy to understand.

Dr, Nali Duan, MD has a communication problem. She does not know how to listen to her patients and their caretakers. She will interrupt you when you are trying to explain patient history, and is just flat out not listening. She is high strung, always rushing and can't control her responses to staff and caretakers when she is frustrated. If you are ever hospitalized and you get the Nali Duan, MD straw when you are assigned a neurologist from the rotation, decline and pull another straw.

Some criticize her "rushed" demeanor. . This is a misinterpretation : She is so thorough and goes into such depth that she may overwhelm some people : She has a formidable intelligence, not expected in such a physically slight young woman. . Be prepared when you see her, write your experiences and troubles down. . I like her ! ! . I am 83. . Dr Duan also treats my very ill wife.

She spent over an hour with me. In today's world you are lucky to have your doctor spend 20 minutes with you. She was very thorough.

Always seems to be in a rush. Will ask a question but interrupt you while you answer it. Doesn't give you time to ask questions. But seems to be knowledgeablein her field. I feel like a number not a patient.
