Please avoid this medical doctor. A member of my family was told by another medical professional that they needed to see a neurologist for some brain abnormalities. The first appointment to meet the neurologist was your typical appointment. They ordered an MRI and EEG. We spent Over $700 out of pocket for these tests. The appointment came to review the tests with the doctor and she didn't even review them...THE TESTS THEY ORDERED!!! The doctor told my family member that they 'probably' had ADHD and a blood disorder. WHAT??? ... read more
This doctor should not be seeing Dementia patients. She does not listen to the patient and asks the same questions repeatedly because she is not listening. She spends most of her time in the exam room looking at her computer and dictating into the patient chart rather than looking at the patient or their caregiver in the room.
Cannot get through on phone for medication and appointments. They don't pick up and don't return calls.
horrible doctor, that why workers comp insurance works with doctors like her. just want to get you out the door no matter your condition. Pls stay away and get a real doctor
While communication was challenging, it was not impossible and Dr. Duan zeroed in on a diagnosis, recommended treatment, and it is working. I have had few doctors who have been able to be so focused. I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
My experience with this so called doctor is awful. I have to take my mother there because this "Neurologist" is the only one listed on my mother's insurance. My mother has never even seen this woman in the many years she has been going there, it's always the assistant who never even looks at my mother. He only looks at the computer screen. The staff is the worse I have ever seen in any doctor's office and no one, and I mean NO ONE ever answer the phone. Was on laptop every appointment typing. When I try to speak to her to tell her my symptoms she interrupts me and says wait minute constantly then when she’s done typing she gets up and leaves never hearing my symptoms. She is always in a rush and always very late. She does not return calls if a medical need or question arrives between visits. By far one of the worst provider experiences I’ve ever had!
Very impersonal. Never looks at you. Just looks at her laptop screen. Talks very fast. She doesn't give you a chance to talk. When you try to say something, she just keeps on talking . . . talks right over your attempt to say something, so I just gave up. When she was done talking and she was about to get up and leave, I finally said . . . "Can I talk now?" You are not a person to her. You are simply a medical problem in room number 2 and she wants to get in and out of that room as quickly as she can. This is the way she act... read more
unable to manage her practice. staff is unpredictable, in that sometimes there is no one in the office at all. She may no longer be practicing.
