We waited in the exam room for nearly an hour before the doctor graced us with her presence. She was having a lovely chat with someone in her office. I am not certain that a staff person knocking on her door to remind her of the appointment had an impact on the ending of her conversation. We have seen her many times in the past but I doubt we will come back.
DO NOT go to Dr. Naili Duan in Fort Myers! She is useless, ill-prepared, and showed up an hour and 1/2 late for our scheduled appointment. I finally found her in an empty exam room, working on her computer. The conclusion she gave us from the EMG results were "don't fall down". We waited over an hour to hear this educated and professional opinion. What a disgrace to her profession.
I went for an in person follow up visit today. The staff didn't even take anyone's temperatures but did require masks. As to social distancing, some gal on an electric scooter blocked the staff desk the entire time while filling out her new patient forms and was told repeatedly to put on her mask! Part of the reason I fought for an in person visit was to see if I had gained any weight back - I was told they never weigh patients (but they prescribe medicines). Dr. Duan is a great neurologist. She prescribes the right medication, and helps me get through my hard times. It’s just not easy getting in touch with them to get refills. You have to leave messages.
She would not be at the top of my list. Very rushed, limited patient interaction, I have limited expectations and will be switching to someone else.
Amazing Neurologist and amazing staff. I've been with this group for years and never had one issue they could not solve. Dr Duan is very efficient and effective.
Love this lady. Great Neurologist very knowledgeable and cares about your health.

The whole office needs training in customer service skills. They have you to come in 20mins early for an hour wait. No one never answers the phone or call you back timely. Staff always have an attitude when you asks them an question. Very disappointing.
