I specifically sought Dr Roumaya because as a woman of color, I felt strongly about finding the right medical support for future family planning. When I first saw the doctor, I was in my early 20's. I was pregnant with my second child & unfortunately found out I miscarried at my 12 week appt. I changed OBGYNs this pregnancy based off the great reviews but unfortunately the experience was not well for me. From my first appointment to my last, I did not feel cared for. I was never offered prenatals in the beginning like I was at my previous OBGYN with my first pregnancy. I had to call the office and ask for them.
