I see Dr. Penugonda at the Pembroke Pines location in Pembroke Park. She is wonderful! She’s very knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, timely, professional, responsive, and accessible. She responds quickly to my messages and it is easy to get an appointment online or in person and be seen quickly. If I’m a few minutes late I call or respond to the text message confirmation that they send me prior to my appointment and it’s no issue at all. I have been seeing Dr Penugonda for a couple years now and am very happy with her service. She is intelligent, thorough, responsive, friendly, polite, and caring -- all of the qualities you could want in a doctor. One medical also makes everything very easy to work with, scheduling appointments, viewing lab results, and communicating with the clinical team is very easy. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience at this office. After driving 45 minutes, I was denied entry for being 5 minutes late. When I asked to whom I could address my complaint, the office manager, Natalie Smith, rudely replied, "Amazon," while smirking. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is unacceptable, especially in a medical practice. Avoid this place if you value your time and dignity.
No te dan solución aunque tengas cita , pero si pagas la consulta 180 mágicamente se resuelve pero como es con seguro tienes q esperar q te hagan la cita y es en el tiempo de ellos no en el tuyo.. Decepcionada.
