My experience was great.
haven't been in the hospial or new perspectives for a year. that hasn't happened in ten years. I equate that with Dr. Rafi care.
Dr Rafai only cares about his pocket and not about his patients. My insurance stopped paying for him after the new year, I was not aware., I waited to hear about a prescription for over month. When I did call back the receptionist says that I owe him a lot of money and that's why he won't even respond to me. One billing cycle. She argued with me and I said not to worry about it, that I would find another doctor who won't write me off over one payment.
