My children have been with Dr Elhaddad Susan Ashley we love it there ... also helpful and we get in quickly .... and get answers we need
After my 2 year old was exposed to Covid I called the on call doctor who happened to be Dr. Elhadad, to get her tested. It was advised by my OBGYN that everyone in the house is tested because I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Dr. Elhaddad explained he is not in charge of scheduling tests and to contact St. Luke's hospital line directly. I called St. Luke's and they explained because of my daughter's age she needs a verbal referral from a pediatric office to get her tested. Excellent Dr & staff
I had to remove my children from his care when he lied to me and stated my insurance wouldn't allow any refills for my son's asthma inhaler or any other asthma meds he took on a regular basis. I knew he was lying. He wanted to bill a visit every month for a simple refill that my son had ALWAYS received are least three refills from the beginning. He was losing patients. My children are back where they belong and receive all the same meds as before.
We have been here for 13 years two kids with two children and I have never met such a consistent and On point staff. Susan, Ashley, and Doctor Elhaddad have been a rock for us during my sons illnesses . Taking care of my children when needed and never disappointed.. On point medical staff . I am so grateful to have them taking care of my children when needed never disappointed. ??
He is by far the best doctor around in this area. he will never send you home in discomfort. I would rate a 5/5
This Doctor is wonderful! My child had continual issues that were unsuccessfully treated. Dr. Elhaddad took the necessary steps to help her! She is doing very well now. Dr. Elhaddad truly cares about his patients!
This Dr has made mothers feel guilty for no reason whatsoever. He is quick to prescribe strong meds to other peoples' patients. When he is the on call doctor, he has been known to prescribe ritalin, sleeping pills, and asthma meds to children at a VERY young age, when it is unnecessary and they are NOT HIS PATIENTS... He is NOT a member of the AMA. And his office is disgusting.
