My girlfriend who is an established client with Doctor Moccia, when dealing with the receptionist Collete, she RUDLEY cut her off in her sentence, told her referral was no good. Even though she's been going for check ups over 10 years. She wanted to explain that she didn't have a family doctor to renew the refferal. Excellent Dermatologist. Helped me a lot.
The staff here are very unprofessional and need to get with the times. When I was waiting to be called in, the receptionist was looking at stuff on her computer, talking about it loudly and swearing about it in front of waiting patients. She called me by my dead name twice after she was done cussing. Then she told me I needed a mask to see the doctor? This is way out of date as we have not been required to wear them for a year. Dr. Moccia is an absolutely wonderful Dermatologist. Listens, is very caring, very professional, excellent clinician, provides options and ensures follow-up. I have had a great experience with Dr.Moccia and would highly recommend her.
Had my first dermatologist appointment today, something I was nervous for. The dermatologist was very informative and kind. She gave me hope that we can find a solution. My problem is with the lady dressed like a rainbow (it’s Halloween) at the front desk. I came to the front desk after my appointment, unsure if I had to pay, or get a prescription paper. I asked her “is there anything else I need to do after my appointment?” and in a rude tone she responds “well I wasn’t in the appointment so how would I know?” Horrible cust... read more
