I interviewed 5 surgeons,did an incredible amount of due diligence and decided on Dr Henry. I am incredibly pleased with every aspect of my surgery and follow up. My results are fantastic and his attention to detail is phenomenal. Highly recommend Dr Henry and his staff
I have seen Dr. Henry multiple times for 1 major and 1 minor procedure plus for latisse. He is very personable and detail oreiented. He will tell you what to realistically expect from procedures which some people may not want to hear. The wait time can be long but that is to be expected with any good specialist.
Dr. Henry is very particular about the care he provides. He insists that things are done correctly. In fact, he delivered medication to my house due to a hospital error. Way more than one expects. The best!
When I read some of these reviews I couldn't believe what I was reading! I thought his staff was amazing, and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Henry!! He is a very compassionate Dr. and I would recommend him to anyone!!!
I don't know where to begin! What a terrible experience. First I had to pay $100 right when I walked in the door. They had 4 other people booked for my same appt time. I waited for 2 hours before i could see him and his prices were through the roof!! I also had to wait 2 weeks for my price estimate to come in the mail. It was very frustrating. I found him very hard to communicate with and his staff was not friendly at all. I ended up having my surgery in Omaha instead with very successful results.
I can understand why he might be angry. His staff is incompetent. His insurance lady, for example: After arguing for nearly an hour and having her hang up on me several times over the simple and common request of doing an appeal, a request which greatly offended her, she confidently read me the claim for medically necessary jaw surgery and it read nothing more than "patients lips don't meet, pre-existing congenital deformity..." Agree with previous reviewer. He was very abrupt and rude during visits. Mocked me when I asked questions. Observed him belittling his staff on more than one occasion. Left visits feeling bad for the staff and completely uncertain about whether my recovery was on track since he would not answer questions. Would have liked to rate Knowledge higher, but since he never discussed my case with me, I couldn't evaluate his knowledge level.
