Dr. Henry is very rude, he did not even look at my chart to know what the history of my injury was. Dr henry, had not course of action, he called the physical therapist to find out what whs goin on with my injury, and said "well just do what you think needs to be done". Again very rude and unprofessional. I can not explain the amount of personal attention and care he has for patients. His staff is very thorough and organized. Great experience I would recommend Dr. Henry to everyone especially my close friends and family
Punctuality on the last comment should have been a 5 and not a 4. I clicked the wrong bubble. Dr. Henry is always punctual unless he is called to a trauma. I, for one, appreciate this as he was called in to my husband's trauma. He is worth waiting for when he is dealing with such important matters.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Henry. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he is a kind and caring man. Dr. Henry was called in by trauma to help with my husband who was in a severe car accident. After his craniotomy, there was a need to reconstruct his scalp. Dr. Henry is an excellent surgeon. He has worked on many members of my family as well as friends. I refer everyone to him as I know they will be extremely happy with him. His office staff is second to none. They are very helpful and courteous. If you want excellent care, a clean office, and a doctor that cares about you....Go see Dr. Henry!
Overcharged us $550. They failed to file insurance claim. After numerous calls to BCBS and to them they lied about them screwing up! Took several months and hours of phone calls before they would refund $550 overpayment. Office staff is incompetent and lied repeatedly. Dr. Henry cares nothing about patient after getting wisdom teeth surgery. Prescribed narcotics repeated to minor child with two dry sockets without seeing patient. Do go to him. Anyone would do a better job them him or his incompetent staff!!!
Went in for a consultation and never actually saw Dr. Henry. Sat in waitiing room for a hour and 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and when finally called in, the nurse started asking me the questions I had already filled out on the online paperwork. I said, this is on the paperwork I completed online. She said nothing and went to another duplicative question. Dr. Mitchell is second to none. Lincoln, NE is so lucky to have him! He has done several skin cancer surgeries for me, in addition to severe adolescent acne/enhancement procedures. I HAVE BEEN BEYOND HAPPY! Several procedures on my face made me look so natural. I have receivied so many comments on my look, but no one has guessed that I have had "plastic surgery."
