Appeared to be unfriendly. Quick and brusque manner. Has been in practice for a while. She will be treating my glaucoma.

Have seen Dr. Robison 4 times per year for 10 years for Glaucoma. For the first 4 years she did not recognize who I was when I came in. She did not recall my complicated history until I reiterated it multiple times. She never recommended alternative treatments to the basic meds she originally prescribed until asked by me. Office visits are very slow so you wonder about scheduling and adherence to schedules. Do not have confidence she cares about me as a patient.

I found Dr. Robison to be knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. The same is true of the staff at Pomerance Eye Center.

Dr. Robison refused to assist me with a form required by my insurance company in order to continue my LTD payments. This was malicious of her because she filled the same form out a year ago (for an additional $40 fee). and has repeatedly told me that my vision will never improve. She proved herself to be a doctor who does not care about her patients needs.
