Dr. Germain is highly unprofessional. She does not care about patients!! The last time I saw her, I waited 2 hrs in the waiting room with only 2 other patients waiting to be seen. This was just absurd! I then waited another 30 minutes in the exam room Before she came in. In addition, I’ve left several messages for her with her care team and as of today she still has not responded! Highly disgusting!! What kind of doctor treats patients this way?? It’s just awful!!
I specifically sought out a woman of color in hopes that my concerns would be heard and taken seriously. I came to her office in pain and searching for answers. Despite waiting a while to be seen, the doctor was relatively polite. She completed my checkup and referred me for additional testing. Upon receiving the test results, I called the office twice requesting a call back from the doctor in order to explain my results. I have yet to receive a call. Best OBGYN ever. For my first pregnancy, I was referred to two OBGYNS before I met Dr. Germain. I've never been so grateful to her. She delivered my first kid and was so caring, professional thorough, and accommodating throughout my first pregnancy experience and post- pregnancy. I'm now pregnant with my second kid and once again, I am appreciative of every pre-natal routine check up visit with her. Great medical professional.
My wife made several visits to Dr Germain clinic and her service was always professional and outstanding. We had a few delays in some occasion, but was worth waiting for. Great Doctor.
If there was something less than zero I would give it to those people!! My baby had a lot of birth defects which can be seen in sono gram. She never told me any of them!! She is not honest .
