I’ve been seeing her for an extremely long time, but it’s unbelievable how unreliable she has become. I came twice in which both times I had to leave without seeing her because she didn’t show up. Another time I waited close to two hours. I’m done. Finding another Doctor
What a terrible office visit! Waiting 1 1/2 hours for a minute consultation! Ridiculous! If she is covering for other doctor at same office because he is on vacation, then do not book me for a same day appointment to have to wait so long! I was so stressed out my blood pressure was sky high and she didn’t even consider that. My initial plan was to get to know her so she could be my new GYN closer to home, but no way!!!!

Dr. Germain is highly unprofessional. She does not care about patients!! The last time I saw her, I waited 2 hrs in the waiting room with only 2 other patients waiting to be seen. This was just absurd! I then waited another 30 minutes in the exam room Before she came in. In addition, I’ve left several messages for her with her care team and as of today she still has not responded! Highly disgusting!! What kind of doctor treats patients this way?? It’s just awful!!
I specifically sought out a woman of color in hopes that my concerns would be heard and taken seriously. I came to her office in pain and searching for answers. Despite waiting a while to be seen, the doctor was relatively polite. She completed my checkup and referred me for additional testing. Upon receiving the test results, I called the office twice requesting a call back from the doctor in order to explain my results. I have yet to receive a call.
