Excellent doctor and staff. Though the procedure was painful, they made it as comfortable as possible. Each step of the way was explained in full. The doctor and staff called me at home to check on me the day of my procedure and the next day.
As always its the best customer service for a difficult situation for a staff that really cares from the time you check-in till you check-out its all about trying to make you comfortable as possible. I drive about 50 miles one way and if i had to go further without a doubt i would. I tell everybody about the high quality of care that you will receive.
The entire staff are all extremely professional and experts in their field. I would not want any one else other than Dr. Heuther preforming my surgery.
Dr. Huether has a remarkable talent and a great personality. His office and staff are professional, organized, and welcoming without exception. The operation runs like clockwork with little waiting, yet the atmosphere of the clinic has a calming effect on what potentially could have been a stressful situation.
Had Mohs surgery on nose. Everyone there was terrific. All staff are well trained and very nice. Dr. Huether is the absolute best. Kept me informed throughout the entire procedure and even sat down with my wife in the post surgical area so that she knew everything that was done and all about aftercare. I'm 7 days post surgery and the flap closure is almost completely healed. Dr. Huether, his facility and his staff are the best.
Excellent experience. This was not my first visit with Dr. Huether. He is very skilled and caring and his staff is professional and help to ease the reason for the visit.
I have had multiple Mohs surgeries from Dr. Huether and he has always done an excellent job. He runs a very efficient office and things go very smoothly. His staff are all very pleasant and helpful and more importantly Dr. Huether himself is very amiable who makes me feel comfortable despite having an unpleasant procedure.
We have prior experience with Dr. Huether. Our experience during this visit was consistent with all of our previous experiences. We find Dr. Huether staff to be very professional and competent., and Dr. Huether sets that standard and performs expertly.
This was my second visit with Dr Huether. The first went so well that I had my PCP contact him again. After the surgery, Dr Huether called me at home to see that all was well. When I removed the bandage, there was no blood, swelling or pain, just a little ache. He and his staff are marvelous!!! I was treated like the recipient of the golden rule.
