Office staff and Doctor were very nice on a personal level, and professional and thorough in explaining the procedure, what to expect, and how to care for the wound. Dr. Huether personally called in the evening to see how I was doing, and the office staff followed up the next day as well.
Excellent over all. Dr. Huether spent as much time with me as I needed to explain after surgery care. He called the evening of the surgery to see if I was ok which I appreciated (I was ok). His medical assistants were cheerful and knowledgable. I did not have very much pain. Hope the scar is not bad because it is on my face.
I had two diagnosed locations of squamous cell skin cancer which I took to Dr. Huether's practice. This was my second time in 15 months. Both trips were as good as they could be. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks for the long intervals of Mohs surgery. Follow up both by Dr. Huether that evening and the staff the following morning were welcome and reassuring that help was available if needed (it wasn't). It was as close to being a pleasant experience as it could be.
I have been seeing Dr. Huether for over 2 years and he is excellent!
Dr. Huether and his staff were top notch! They were all very professional, organized, attentive to my needs. Dr. Huether’s Work and care of my skin problem was terrific. He did a great job removing my cancer spot on my face so close to my eye. He then was very attentive to concerns I had post surgery and actually detected and diagnosed a different problem that I had with my skin. Dr. Michael Huether performed Mohs Micrographic surgery for Nodular Basal Cell Carcinoma on my nose. Without any reservation I very highly recommend Dr. Huether and his ARIZONA SKIN CANCER SURGERY CENTER !! Once I had an appointment for surgery, I received by mail a big envelope from Dr. Huether's Surgery Center with helpful instructions to follow BEFORE my appointment, explanations about different skin cancers AND medical forms to fill out at home (which I found considerate and helpful)!
