Well, the entire office is the best, from the receptionist to Dr Heuther and all in-between. Easy to get hold of for an appointment and welcoming atmosphere in the office. Dr Heuther and his assistant explained everything and answered each and every question. Then there were follow up phone calls to check on you. Excellent customer service and shows you actually care about your patients, rare in the medical climate today. Thank you, Dr Heuther et al
Dr. Huether and his experienced and friendly staff have the most efficient and capable medical office I’ve ever been in.
You would be wise to choose Dr. Huether as your surgeon. Before he starts, he explains the procedure thoroughly so you know what to expect . The instruction handouts given post surgery were extremely helpful in explaining any foreseeable problem. The personal phone call that night from Dr. Huether and the next morning from the office staff made me feel well cared for! Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. As an additional perk, his refreshments in the waiting room cannot be beat! So glad I chose him!

Friendly and professional team, from Dr. Huether, to the PAs and nursing staff, to the reception and office staff. Everything went smoothly, from the original procedure through final stitching. The only downside is the two-hour wait for lab results, but that can’t be avoided - just bring something to do. They explained every step of the procedure and follow up care, and I had very little discomfort. I appreciate the focus on patient service, including a call from Dr. Huether himself the evening after surgery!

Scheduled for 6:30 am and they were ready when I arrived. Exceptionally pleasant and informed staff. I was given a step by step instructional as they performed the process. Answered all my questions fully. The office rooms were very patient friendly. Prior to leaving they went over all the post process requirements and I received two follow up phone calls in the next 24 hours checking on my recovery. To say I was impressed is a gross understatement.
