Scheduled for 6:30 am and they were ready when I arrived. Exceptionally pleasant and informed staff. I was given a step by step instructional as they performed the process. Answered all my questions fully. The office rooms were very patient friendly. Prior to leaving they went over all the post process requirements and I received two follow up phone calls in the next 24 hours checking on my recovery. To say I was impressed is a gross understatement.

My appointment with Dr Huether and the other professionals in the office was outstanding. Dr Huether is a skilled, knowledgeable, and caring physician. My problem was handled perfectly.

I was there for Mohs Micrographic Surgery. A diagnosis of melanoma on my scalp was a frightening intrusion into my life. Dr. Huether and all of his staff members were very thoughtful and kind in their interactions and knowledgeable and professional in their various duties. They listened attentively and answered all questions to the point of demonstrating skills that I would need to develop in my own self care. They were available by phone and email as well. Great office staff, medical assistants and nurses. Appointment was easy to make, visit ran on time and Dr Heuther answered questions, and explained every step in Mohs process. Written explanations were excellent and well written. Great educational tool since you retain very little when given verbal instructions under duress of surgery. Dr even found another spot that he biopsied that same day saving me a trip. The personal call at home after surgery to check on how I was doing was certainly appreciated. I've visited many physicians over the years and feel Dr. Huether and his team are the VERY BEST of the BEST. The From my pre-visit appointment scheduling and paperwork to my after procedure follow up call, the team did an outstanding job every step of the way. The atmosphere was one of family where I was included. I wasn't just a number or a patient - I was included, consulted, advised, and cared for. I had Moh’s surgery early Tuesday morning. All staff with whom I had contact were very professional, pleasant, and extremely competent. I was treated well and had step by step guidance through the procedure.
