As always, treated with respect, and concern for my well-being. Discuss the plan to be dealt with as soon as possible.
I had a very short wait in the waiting room before I was called. The doctor was very pleasant and talk to me about when I can have my left arm rotor cuff replaced. Very pleasant visit.
Dr Axe provided confirmation of my status and recommended a logical oath forward (ie no surgery or PT) given my condition.

Very sympathetic and understanding. Suggested solutions for problems. Listened and answered questions. Made a point to leave me with a positive outcome.
Personable yet doesn’t sugar coat things. He assesses the situation and suggests next steps without fluff.
