The office staff is very incompetent! When talking to you they're talking on the phone or talking to somebody else you call the office and no one calls you back. I'm due to have surgery with Dr French but the office staff scares me that they won't be there when needed....
Office staff is incompetent and rude! If you are considering surgery with Dr. French, be warned that the office support is nonexistent. My mother had a total knee replacement on 1/9, and as of 1/15, the office has failed to provide her with a valid pain medication prescription. We spent a week calling for help with zero accountability. I really like Dr. French he gives me all the attention needed w/o rushing me through. Unfortunately I had a problem with my knee that I just knew I needed surgery on, especially due to the fact that I ended up in a wheelchair for two years because I could not walk. He kept referring me to my Rheumatologist who kept referring me back to him. He took one x-ray of my knee and when I went to seek out other surgeons who took at least 5 X-rays they all said I needed surgery due to the fact that their was a chunk of bone missing wh... read more
If you want a Doctor who treats his patients like an assembly line for a knee or other body replacement then he is a Doctor for you. I am very angry and very diasapointed in the care my love one recieved under Dr. French.
