I went to see Dr. Lax when I had frozen shoulder a few weeks ago. It had been stuck and very painful for a few days, so I was glad he was able to fit me in right away. He helped me immensely using Trigenics techniques on my shoulder, and gave me some exercises to help strengthen and keep my shoulder joint lubricated.
