26 years in business and misdiagnosed ringworm and used a cortisone cream NOT TO BE USED ON OPEN WOUNDS OR RINGWORM.

I did not want to give Michael Turner a single star. He (and/or his nurse) refused to treat my drug-resistant scabies, after ordering a medication that isn't even available, and now these horrible mites will spread over my body (it's even getting in my eyes) and possibly contaminate the whole community. Don't go see a guy who talks over you and does not listen --- and leaves you suffering in misery. Useless "doctor" forced me to emergency room. Thank God for Benzemul… available online. I have been going to Dr Turner for years and he has been very knowledgeable about my treatment options and takes care of many things same day (like mole and wart removal).

I had to have a biopsy, which he performed competently. However, his brusque, rude manner put me off. I didn't know about his past problems until now, so I'll be researching new dermatologists.

Dr. Turner explained thoroughly what biopsy he was doing and when I would receive results. His pleasant demeanor set me completely at ease.

I wish I had known about his sanction for substandard care before making the appointment. Since I had experienced two other doctors at that practice with good results, I took the scheduler's suggestion to see Turner because everyone else but him was heavily booked up. Now I see why. He really should be working in a lab, not with people. He's a strange duck who doesn't seem confident in his skills.
