I have been going to Dr Turner for years and he has been very knowledgeable about my treatment options and takes care of many things same day (like mole and wart removal).
I had to have a biopsy, which he performed competently. However, his brusque, rude manner put me off. I didn't know about his past problems until now, so I'll be researching new dermatologists.
Dr. Turner explained thoroughly what biopsy he was doing and when I would receive results. His pleasant demeanor set me completely at ease.
