He's a poor listener. Fiddles with paperwork and the computer for most of an office visit. In an hour visit, he spends about 5 minutes with the patient. Does not let patient participate in diagnosis of patients condition. Wants to run tests that have been run already which is redundant. Has no idea what to do next, or where to go next upon not being able to indentify a patients condition.
