He helped educate me as to what my options were and was wonderfuly calming during my procedure. The staff was warm and cared for all my needs in a very compassionate manner.

Significant pain relief of cervical spine arthritis and 18 years migraines after epidural procedure. Very, very satisfied.
About 15 months ago Dr Furman assumed care for me from another doctor. I was being treated for cervical/spine neck pain. I've found Dr. Furman to be one of the most patient-oriented doctors I've known. He has always taken the time to listen to my symptoms, evaluate potential causes, and offer treatment options he thinks are appropriate. His after-care is outstanding. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Furman and the entire staff at OSS are easily the most friendly and courteous groups I have encountered in any enterprise of any type. This true at all occupational levels at OSS. Just prior to leaving after a short inpatient stay, the lady charged with room custodial services stated to me "Thanks for choosing OSS." One sign of a well run operation is the attitudes of personnel. At OSS it almost seems there is an ongoing contest for who is nicest to the patients.
Dr. Furman is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in providing pain management. He listened to my problems and had several plans of treatment, depending on my willingness. After treatment I am now mostly pain-free in the problem area and am very pleased. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Dr. Furman is the answer to my husband and my prayers. My husband had a "freak" accident and fell into a brick wall. Up until the time we found Dr. Furman, our lives were totally turned upside down. Because of God and Dr. Furman, my husband now lives a "normal" life With his extensive treatments and research, and his expertise in RFA's, my husband lives as near to pain free as he possibly can. We drive well over one hour one way to get to OSS, and would drive farther if need be.
Dr. Michael Fuhrman was amazing with my grandchildren they absolutely love him. Also with myself he was very thorough and took plenty of time to explain and try to help my situation. I highly recommend this doctor to any new patients!
