Excellent treatment plus fast friendly service by all staff. Dr. Shrum is a world class Ophthalmologist.
Both my wife and I were able to schedule appointments at the same time. Everything from check-in through the exam went off like clockwork. The pleasant and professional staff rubbed off on all the clients who appeared happy to be there. I am already looking forward to my appointment next year.
About 40 years ago I had radio keratotomy done by Dr. Berkley himself and it turned out so great I could not believe how great it was to be able to see 2020 again. Here lately I had cataract surgery That was done by Dr. Kaplan and it was so easily done and it was wonderful . I have the most highly respect for Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Berkley. I would recommend these people and any of Dr. Berkley’s staff for anything they are wanting to have done. They are the best no doubt . Thank you Dr. Kaplan you’re the best.
I have been seeing Dr. Shrum for some 10 years, He is the most thorough eye Dr. I have ever seen . He recently found a problem that had nothing to do with my vision. And was taken care of thorough my GP. I feel he cares and takes the time to explain all areas of concern. Would never want to go anywhere else.

I'm 13 years old. It was my first real eye exam since I was 4. (I saw Dr. Shrum at age 4 when I had an eye injury from running into a bush while playing soccer). Today's visit was awesome! Dr. Shrum took his time and explained each test. Then, I got to pick out glasses for the first time and Teresa Doyle helped me.
Surgery went smoothly. Staff was incredibly kind, compassionate and very helpful. Cataract Surgery with Dr. Shrum was easier than I thought. Thanks
