I've received professional service from the Wesleyan Eye Center. Dr. Caplan has made my procedure a pleasant and comfortable experience. He and Dr. Garza have answered all my questions and have been of great help to me. Maria was very helpful also the last time I was there.
Amazing! it is always amazing! The phone concierge, front desk, medical assistants and physicians are all fantastic! I want to mention one employee in particular… Margaret Hernandez. She has exceeded in meeting my optical needs and is always available when I have questions or concerns. Her customer service is unlike anything I've witnessed! She deserves a 10-star rating for sure! Thank you to all the staff and a BIG thank you to Margaret!! Please keep up the great work and friendly office atmosphere!!

Had a great experience at Berkeley! There was a little wait but that was due to my insurance and not the staff at the office, and the actual appointment and frame purchasing experience was seamless. Can't wait to get my glasses!
Best eye clinic I have been to. Service is above and beyond what you would expect from such a large clinic. I have been going now for over three years, and I am 83 years old. Only sorry I did not discover until now. Greatest thrill this visit, got to meet dr. Berkeley himself.
I had a great experience at Berkeley Eye Center! Everyone that serviced me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Berkeley Eye definitely sees customer service through the eyes of the client! In addition, their selection was expansive and I walked away with 2 fabulous pair of glasses! This review was for my January 2014 visit, just prior to moving from Houston to the UK. Mark was wonderful!!! I needed to get a pair of glasses, which was something I was not prepared for and did not want (I did not have them and I was pretty emotional about getting them), and I had a limited amount of time before I moved. I have a two hour drive to Berkeley Eye Center-Weslayan; however, it is worth the excellent eye care I receive there. I had LASIK in 2006 and continue to trust them with my annual check-ups. At my recent visit, I received the same attention I have come to appreciate. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center to family, friends--anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
Mr. Mark Langley re-sculpted my very bent glasses wonderfully. He had me leaving with perfected vision and a smile on my face! Thank you!!!
