Excellent service!!!! Dr was knowledgeable and concern about his patients.I was there early and got right in before my schedule time. The staff was awesome!!!
Dr. Momeni was quick to identify the issue I was having with my contacts. Nicole was very helpful on picking out new frames and explaining what was best dependent on my insurance benefits.
My wife and I moved to Texas from Alabama 3 years ago and Dr. Shrum was recommended to us by family. We started going to Dr. Shrum soon after arriving in Texas and have continued regularly since that time. The entire office staff, doctors, and optical staff have proven to be excellent.
I have been going to Dr. Shrum and his partners for many years. His office staff is very professional and I always receive excellent service. No problem rescheduling or fitting me in. Will continue to use Berkeley Eye Center in Atascocita for all my vision needs. Ciara is great too!
I had Laser done on both eyes by Dr. Shawn Kavoussi & everything went well. Will do a follow up on next week at the Champions location.
My husband and I both love Dr. Cook. She knows what she is doing and explains any concerns she has with either of us thoroughly. We can depend on her for a complete exam and straight answers to our questions.
Excellent. The staff is very polite, efficient, not kept waiting, I was kept informed of anything happening during treatment, etc. I have had two eye surgeries with Doctor Shrum with excellent results. Plus the offices are well appointed and I appreciate that.
My personal experience was not great but it was through no fault of Berkeley Eye Center Atascocita. There was a problem with the lab making and fitting the lenses. It took a month to get my glasses. Throughout the entire frustrating process, with delay after delay from the lab, my optician Kristine and her manager Kim Humlick were phenomenal. My husband and I both had appointments and we were in and out of there in 45 minutes including us both ordering sunglasses. That's what we love about seeing Dr. Shrum.
