Simply the best experience that I have had at the Optometrist. Fantastic, incredible staff: Lori, Yubi, Shirley, and Dr. Yankelove! I will never go anywhere else. I am a patient/client for life. We have used Dr. Shrum for years. He is thorough and professional. His staff are friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. This last visit, Ciara helped me choose just the right frames and she really worked to get me the best price.
Dr. Shrum is the greatest. He cares about me and my eyes. I feel so confident That my eyes are in good hands when I see him. Thanks to Ciara Fletcher who worked hard to fit me with new glasses. I have had three neck surgeries and do not look up so she helped with the right frames and set the Bi-focal lens so I do not have to move my neck to read. They really understand my disability and helped me. I recommend them to everybody.
Got Lasik surgery here a week ago and the experience could not have been better. Amazing dedicated staff and great at keeping you calm, comfortable, and well informed through the whole process. The whole surgery and recovery process was very smooth and simple. Would highly recommend this location for anyone considering Lasik surgery
I see Dr. Miller for all my family’s eye care needs. I wish he could be my doctor for everything! His office is so great. He is very knowledgeable, informative, understanding and caring. His staff are equally as thorough and friendly as he is. Taffi, Ashlie and Ty are always a pleasure. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his team!
I can honestly say that every visit my wife and I have had over the last four years when we moved here from Alabama has been exceptional. Dr. Shrum and his staff are always professional, friendly, and focused on the best eye care for their patients. The same care and expertise carries into the optical department. Each staff member is consistently warm and welcoming.
The ladies helped me select the proper pair of safety glass and were very nice. To survive as a business customer service and politeness are critical this group of young ladies have demonstrated this very well. I will return with any eye wear needs.
Everyone was super friendly especially the Dr’s assistant ( Brittany). Dr Brumbelow explained everything in terms I could understand and was very personable. I would certainly refer people to theHuntsville location.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shrum for years. He is by far my favorite Opthamologist! He has treated me for Glaucoma and just recently, removed my cataracts. I had no issues after surgery and I have very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Shrum and staff!
