The staff at Berkeley (Jamie, Glenda, Dr. Barker, Dr. Momeni, Dr. Sun) were all very helpful and supportive. There was hardly any waiting time: as soon as I got in (even 30 mins ahead of my scheduled appointment), I was seen. All my questions and concerns were answered confidently, leaving me assured. My experience at Berkeley Eye Center was great from my first interection by phone with Alma to my procedure with Dr Sun. I must be honest with so many places doing LASIK in Houston it took me a while to decide, but clearly the decision paid off. First level service and great people.
My experience with the Berkley Eye Center was excellent, they are very Profesional and make sure any and all questions are answered. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and they never rush anything. The entire staff is amazing and very nice. I can see better than with my glasses or contacts that I have been wearing for almost 20 years. Thank you.
I have been going to Berkeley for over 5 years and I find the entire staff to be very courteous and helpful. Particularly, Mark in optical, he is always cheerful and extremely knowledgeable on my optical insurance plan. Also Dr. Gloyd has an wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye!
This is probably the best medical office I have ever been in. A class act from start to finish. I waited about 4 minutes and then was called back by the assistant who checked my eyes and did all the work up. She was very professional and confident but gave you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and let you know that this time was all about you. I saw Dr Garza and he was Also great. Everything was GREAT and everyone in the office was Very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back in 3 months. It's a long drive, but it's worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Garza!!!
Mark Langley is the best in this industry. Barkley Eye Center should keep this man as long as possible. It is hard to find that kind of personality in medical industry.
I was very please with my visit to the eye center. the front office staff was very nice and professional. The lady who performed the exam prior to Dr. Garza was very professional and detailed. Doctor Garza was also very professional. When I when to select my frames which I hate I was assisted by Mark Langley. He made the experience very enjoyable. I will diffidently be a returning customer and will recommend others.
Dr. Caplan does thorough testing and takes the time to answer any questions. Very happy with him. When I was fitted for glasses I worked with Mark Langley. He is very personable and was most helpful, giving good advice.
