1.5 hours past visit time and never got seen, absolutely ridiculous. A patient’s time matters too. Won’t be back

He did not spend the time to review our medical records, Seemed stressed and upset and in rush.

He’s habitually late seeing his patients 30 to 45 minutes is his normal. Today I waited over an hour. His rationale was he’s running 2 practices due his partner passing away. I think the kicker was when I asked him if it’s necessary to have the rectal exam every year which he said yes. If you’re over 60 with a psa test 0 or 1 it’s virtually deemed unnecessary as your chance of getting prostate cancer is negligible. If you need a doctor to waste your time and take your money he’s your man.

I am a patient of Dr. chiusano and I do like his personality and his concerns for my treatment plan. At this time I would say his office staff is terrible with the exception of his receptionist. I have been trying to get a solution for my treatment, and have tried unsuccessfully to make contact with his office manager over Ins. Issues. I have not recieved any type of contact back from her. Dr. Chiusano this employee is not a business asset to your practice at all.

Dr Chiusano was great. I would recommend him.....just not the office. It is so slow. Several hours behind schedule every single time I have gone. Very annoying

I called the office with acute kidney stone pain, they had me come in that afternoon. The office staff was courteous and caring. After I spent a weekend trying to combat the horrible kidney stone pain, Dr. Chiusano saw me right away and had surgery scheduled quickly to ease my agony. He listened intently as I broke down crying about my pain, he spoke softly with caring an reassured me that he would get me relief quickly, and he did. I have had to have 2 procedures and I trust him completely.
