When I first had an elevated PSA (in my early 50s) and was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate Dr Chiusano did the relevant tests and biopsy and whatnot and out me on this and that drug to keep the comings and goings in order.Long story short A decade in I'm still sleeping through the night and other stuff works as needed.That's what I go to a Urologist for.
