very little time spent waiting; office management competent
Dr Chiusano was friendly and welcoming as usual. He asked about the medication he prescribed, was I taking it as prescribed, did it seem to be helping. He cautioned me to be sure to call him if I had any symptoms. I wouldn't feel as comfortable going to another urologist.
Honest and tells you straight whats going on
Wait time was minimal and used to be very long. Short and to the point , no wasted time. Very thorough.
The Dr is always professional and efficient. He takes his time with you and 'listens'. The staff is excellent. I needed prescriptions and by the time I got home, they had already been sent in to the mail order pharmacy. I appreciate the Dr and his staff.
On time appt, staff very patient, short wait for Dr to come into exam room, went to the point, time for discussion and questions.
From the very first appointment that I had covered it, it was a pleasant experience, even though I was in somewhat of a painful situation on my end they calmed me down and helped me and took matters very personally which I really appreciate it. They gave me a thorough understanding of what my situation was and what they could do to help all the treatments so far have been excellent.
