Very professional staff and great Dr
He's concerned and easy to speak to. He explains everything thoroughly and answers my questions pleasantly. His office staff is also great to work with. I have only good things to say about him and his staff, never any problems.

He was adequate. The wait time wasn’t as bad as the reviews made me think they’d be. He wasn’t warm and fuzzy, but he was professional and competent. The office is old and cramped. They have a dumb policy; won’t give test results over the phone and you must make a follow up appointment to discuss them. (Even if they are normal/no problem results). Dr. Chiusano explains things thoroughly in laymen's terms, answers all questions and is very knowledgeable. I have had two lithotripsy procedures and are very pleased with the results. He is pleasant and accommodating. His staff is also pleasant and accommodating. My wait time was very short each visit to his office. I highly recommend him.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. is kind and knew what he was talking about and put it in layman's terms. I had my follow up scheduled right away.
