The waiting takes too long and the process of seeing the attending doctor takes forever.
I would like to have more interaction with the doctor who made my appointment. I waited almost a month to see him and they sent me to his colleague who was the one who spent more time with the patient.
Appointments should not take so long. Sometimes they take almost 3 hours, and that is too long.
We love Dr. Browne and the whole staff. Always amazing when we go.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Browne as she is very attentive to my children. I know she is a good professional when it comes to children's health.
The waiting time to see the doctor takes too long. I didn't get in until 45 minutes after my appointment scheduled time. Once we were in a room to get baby checked, it was quite long as well. I was stuck at the office for a minimum of two hours starting from my appointment time until everything was done.
Getting same day appointment is just not possible. Messenger service so irresponsible
