Dr. Camouse is okay, little bit rushed during my appointment it feels like she doesn’t really have the time to address concerns, but she’s not bad. The office staff is the main reason for the low rating. They are incredibly rude. They left me a voicemail confirming my appointment and didn’t hang up and then I hear them in the background making fun of people and laughing. So unprofessional and just plain mean.
Always a great experience with Dr. Camouse. She's incredibly knowledgeable and has been able to address any issues with ease. Mikaela (hope I spelled her name correctly) is super sweet and helpful as well-believe she's a medical assistant. The Torrance office is esthetically appealing and parking is easy. The only drawback is that Dr. Camouse has become super popular, so you need to schedule in advance-but that's a good thing, she's in high demand. :)
Ever since MacDougal sold his Manhattan Beach office to Clear Dermatology, this place has gone way downhill. Rude receptionist. Ridiculous procedures. 3 month wait for an appointment. They act like they are doing you a favor by seeing you. Much better places to see a dermatologist than Clear.
I saw Dr Camouse twice for routine and regular mole mapping. She was on time, thorough and had good bed-side manners. Will see her again if she keeps accepting my insurance.
When I arrived, i was greeted by the front office staff who was efficient and professional. As I was taken to the examining room, I noticed furniture to sit on, in the hallway and no chairs. It was like a nice hotel. Daniel was the assistant who went over all my data, and provided me with extremely helpful knowledge and information.
