My Mother is a patient of Dr. Finn. Let me just say that I was very impressed with his manner, and concern for my Mom. He was patient and explained in detail what her procedure entailed. His surgical assistant was amazing!! She was so kind not only to my Mom but to me as well as I had many questions 😄. The front office gets a thumbs up also. It’s comforting to know that your loved one is being cared for from the front office as well as all that goes on after you are taken back for consult/procedures.
Right now I don’t have a positive review. My surgery went fine and just as planned. I feel extremely taken advantage of as if this moment. I have dental insurance and they checked my insurance before surgery. They told me their “noninsured” fee was $1945 and subject to change. They also told me before surgery that my insurance would pay $808 and my responsibility was $1,111.20 and I paid it. I received my Explanation Of Benefits yesterday which says they processed a claim of $1,745. Insurance adjusted it to an allowed amount... read more
