Skilled and informative care. All fasteners have held. The surgeon or his associates have answered all questions at bedside, in followup visit, or in correspondence. I was de-splinted and de-stapled at followup visit, after X-ray checks. I love that, as a MyChart user getting X-ray and other images at YNHHS facilities, I see the image diagnoses as test results in MyChart and see the associated images.
Ease of appointment. Results quickly. Answered all questions. MD is personable and professional.
