Dr. Mary Jo Albert is one of the Best orthopedic trauma doctors in Georgia for sure if not the United States, she accepted my case when I fell 42 feet on Aug 13, 1994 when I Crushed both of my knees (40% or so of my right knee had to come out she put hip bone in my right knee to help it out), both lower legs, but the right one was Bad and she had to put a fixator on it from around my ankle up towards my hip, and my right ankle and heel was crushed together. 5 out of 5!! I had hip replacement surgery just four weeks ago, the results of which and all of my dealings with Resurgents Orthopedics have been exceptional. From the pre-surgery therapy with Beth (now post-surgery also), Dr. Albert's PA, Susan and Dr. Albert herself I could not be happier or more impressed; thank you all so very much!!!

Dr. Albert has replaced one hip and both knees for me and the outcomes were excellent. As a former RN specializing in quality and patient safety, I review outcomes and only use physicians who are experienced and have proven competencies. She exceeds all requirements. In addition, her well run office and support from Susan Fleming, RN, NP makes communication timely and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Albert and her team.

Dr. Albert replaced my right hip. Her staff made the preparation easy and everything was ser, to include home PT, before the surgery. Dr. Albert is a skilled surgeon and my procedure was flawless. My recovery was better than expected and I attribute part of that to her skill. I have always found her to take the time to answer any question I had to include during my 1 year check which I just had.

My 80 year old aunt had her hip replaced by Dr. Albert last year. Her hip is even worse now after the surgery than it was before. She was told that she now has bursitis in the hip and it has nothing to do with the surgery. Apparently like many doctors, she wants to do the surgery to make the money and take no responsibility for a poor outcome. I would recommend going to a male surgeon.

Dr, Albert is THE Best! She gave me two new hips, and in doing so she gave me my life back! Before surgery (osteoarthritis) it was so painful to walk, I was using a cane, and I'm only 60 years old. My first hip was in June, the 2nd in October, and recovery was SO fast! I was able to go home the same day, and PT had me walking right away. I had very little pain after surgery,. I've heard her patients heal faster, and that's true for me. I'm walking well now. I highly recommend Dr. Albert!

Very disappointed in her care of my knee. She had me doing PT --gel injections and then when it came time to schedule my knee replacement surgery. She told me that she could not work me into her surgery schedule for 4 months. I feel that is very unreasonable to make a patient in pain for the past 3 months wait another 4 months.
