I have been with this practice for over 20 years. Started off with with Dr Garzon and then switched over to Monica Giordino. Obviously, I am pleased or would not still be here. Yes, there are times you might have to wait, but you can't control emergencies. Finding a quality doctor in my opinion is worth the wait. I feel I get quality care and compassion every time I enter. They actually care about what is going on with me medically and in my personal life.
I had been seeing Dr. Garzon as my gynecologist for several years and never had any issues with her or her staff. When I became pregnant, she became my OB-GYN. She is very knowledgeable; however, my experience changed during my ninth week of pregnancy. I called the office to schedule an appointment because I was experiencing severe upper abdominal pain and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Dr. Solman WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE TOWARDS HER PATIENTS. Was not helpful when trying to put in my friends prescription and canceled it!! And told her that’s what she gets. Never in my life have I seen such disgusting behavior by a doctor they should revoke her title. The low reviews make sense now.
Dr Garzón is an excellent physician and person. She’s very caring and compassionate with her patients I have always felt very comfortable and well attended under her care. I have been her patient for over twenty years and with the grace of God many more.
