Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice? Unfortunately I couldn't , I really needed a new pair too Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
