Explained in detail the procedure. He and his staff were very professional but had great bedside manners. I highly recommend.
I believe that doc did everything in his knowledge to provide help for me. Hopefully it will help. Very nice staff and think a lot of the dr. Very professional and most of all a Christian person. When he prayed with me it meant a lot. God is in control of all things whether we acknowledge it or not. Prayers have kept my word out body alive and moving since cancer in my head 10 year ago. I had a steroid epidural injection in my lumbar spine by Dr Mark McQuain. He and his staff were very professional , efficient, and kind. They explained everything prior to and during the procedure. It’s been over a week now and my back and leg pain have been resolved.
I’ve seen Dr McQuain off and on for at least 15 years, probably more. He is very thorough and always takes time to explain things. He’s one of the best doctors that Watauga Ortho has on staff! Highly recommend!

I felt at ease during the procedure starting with a prayer before Dr. McQuain began. I was kept up to date on each step with warnings of cold touch, slight stick, etc. all throughout the injection. It was so painless that I didn't even realize it was done until they were helping me off the table!
